Recruit - any new member to the guild All new members will be considered probationary Recruits for 30 days after the formal invitation. Within these 30 days, Recruits should contribute proportionate Guild Status Points for their level. At the conclusion of 30 day trial period the Recruit will be promoted to Member status. Leaders or Officers may shorten this time period when a player has made an outstanding contribution to the guild through Guild Status Points, exemplary behavior, or other notable efforts. Retiree – reserved for any member who must take a hiatus from the game due to real life events Any character that has been inactive for more than 120 days will be demoted to the rank of Retiree. Disciple - any alternate characters, or “alts,” of Members Any Recruit whose rank is increased to Member will have all alts subsequently promoted to this rank. We promote the player, not the character. Member – main character of players Senior Member – main characters that have the ability to recruit new members; any Officer’s “main” alternate characters (for ease of recruitment) Leaders or Officers promote players to this rank when a player has made consistent outstanding contributions to the guild through Guild Status Points, positive personality traits, or other notable efforts. Officer – main characters that have the ability to recruit new members and are expected to actively contribute to the promotion of the guild and its members Players may be promoted to this rank if it is believed they will positively affect the guild. Officers are expected to train members of the guild, exhibit a giving nature to others, and contribute in a manner that would benefit the guild as a whole. In short, an Officer should put the guild first. Senior Officer – considered to be a leader rank, these are main characters that have the ability to recruit new members and are expected to actively contribute to the promotion of the guild and its members Players may be promoted to this rank if it is believed they will positively affect the guild and accept responsibility for its continued growth.
