General Rule for the Guild Bank: Any items for a specific person not currently on line should be MAILED, not banked. Do not expect an item to remain in Guild Banks 1, 2, or 3 for an extended period of time.

The Guild Bank is currently set up as follows:

BANK 1
This is for anything anyone wishes to donate, without regard to its final disposition. Anyone may deposit or withdraw from this bank, regardless of Guild status.

BANKS 2 and 3
These two banks are for the use of those ranked Disciple and up. If an item is designated for a particular individual, please notify that person to retrieve it as soon as possible. Generally, items in this bank are for the use of the membership at large. It is considered courteous to first ask if something is tagged for someone else.

BANK 4
This bank is for the use of Leaders and Officers containing the rarer and more valuable items. These items may be distributed at the discretion of a Leader or Officer. Many of the items, if not used, may be sold and the proceeds deposited in the bank for financing events and other Guild purchases (such as the new Guild Heraldry for cloaks).
